1955 Chevrolet 210 2-Door Post Del Ray Phew! That was a mouthful! A dear friend of mine named Hal once said, and I will never forget it; "A CAR IS ONLY NEW ONCE"! I got it then, and I still get it now... This is probably the closest to either a New 'Time Capsule' Find or a recently just off the rotisserie big dollar restoration... Truth is,, It's neither. Yes, of course this Del Ray has been meticulously restored,; But that was not done yesterday. This Chevy has been a labor of love that has continued over many years, first through the restoration, then through the continued maintenance and care. It belonged to a dear friend and repeat customer of ours (hence we kept the plates on it to show homage). Great guy that built himself a hell of a show winner cpable of knocking it out of the park at every show! Attention Tri-Five Collectors and Fans Worldwide.. This is the one you have been waiting for,,, The bottom and inside is just as good if not better than the outside. When was the last time you saw one with this attention to quality and detail. Three on the tree propels this 265ci V8 down the road at any speed just the way it did back in 1955. Impressed about the interior? We are too! One word, 'Beautiful!' It does drive easy with the Power Steering and Power Brakes. After all, why shoul it be hard work to drive the car of your dreams... There are plenty of 150s, 210s, Bel Airs,,,, Not too many Del Rays.. Rare and teh RIGHT CAR! Priced Right for Quick Sale so you may add it to your collection and start enjoying it right away! First offered in 1953, as Chevrolet renamed its model line-up and offered the new Bel Air, 150 and 210. In 1955, Chevy restyled its full size line-up with crisp clean lines, the new 150, 210 and Bel Air were greeted with much enthusiasm and deemed the "Hot Ones”. The '55, '56, and '57 models are among the most recognizable American cars of all time and remain an American icon, highly collected to this day. In 1958 Chevrolet dropped the 150 and 210 names and redesigned the line-up to be broader, longer and heavier then their 1957 predecessors. Again, the Bel Air remained Chevrolet's top model range, followed by the newly renamed Biscayne (formerly the 210) and the Delray (formerly the 150.) We sell and ship worldwide.
